Talking Heads Counselling

Talking Heads Counselling

If you're struggling with life....

"Being able to feel safe with other's is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives"

“As long as you keep secrets and suppress information, you are at war with yourself. The critical issue is allowing yourself to know what you know. That takes an enormous amount of courage."

― Bessel A. van der Kolk, (2015) The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma. New York: Penguin Book

Accepting that emotions can cause distress making it difficult for you to see a way forward, I will work with you to understand the difficulties and challenges in your life and together we will find a way forward.

Let’s Talk:
Take care of your mind, body, and spirit.
